I coach boys and girls from kindergarten through grade 12 across all sports. My focus is the physical foundation that helps an athlete learn, compete, and keep developing: movement quality, strength, speed, expressive power, coordination, and conditioning.
Training follows the athlete’s stage, experience, and current needs. I begin with a baseline assessment and an individual development plan, then adjust the work as the athlete grows.
Kindergarten through grade 4
Learn to move. Build balance, coordination, body control, and confidence through fundamentals suited to the athlete’s age.
Grades 5 through 8
Build the base. Develop movement competency, strength, landing and deceleration skills, and consistent training habits.
Grades 9 through 12
Prepare to compete. Progress strength, speed, power, and conditioning around individual goals, sport demands, and training load.
Assess > Plan > Train > Mentor > Track > Communicate > Reassess > Progress
I combine weekly performance training with home exercise and recovery support, age-appropriate mentorship, progress tracking, and monthly parent communication. Reassessment helps me update priorities and make the next phase purposeful.
The five physical domains are MOVE, BUILD, EXPRESS, CONTROL, and SUSTAIN. The working Athlete Development Grade helps describe physical progress over time. Preparation habits are tracked separately.
