Coach + Athlete + Parent
I see parents as partners in development. My job is to make the training understandable: what your athlete is working on, why it matters, what is improving, what needs attention, and what comes next.
For minors, the parent or guardian is my primary business contact. I communicate schedule and location clearly and welcome questions about training, progress, and the plan.
YOUR FIRST MONTH
Before training: we discuss goals, schedule, location, onboarding, policies, and safety expectations.
At the start: I assess your athlete’s current movement and explain the first training priorities.
During the month: I coach, adjust the plan, and check in with you. Any home program is individualized before assignment.
At the first progress update: we review attendance, observed progress, current priorities, and the next step.
ONGOING PARTNERSHIP
Monthly communication covers training focus, progress, home/recovery guidance, and next priorities. Periodic reassessment compares your athlete with their own baseline. ADG remains a working developmental profile; preparation behaviors are tracked separately.
HOW YOU CAN SUPPORT THE PLAN
Keep me informed privately about health or injury changes, other training demands, and schedule conflicts. Support attendance, punctuality, and the agreed home/recovery plan.

I prepare athletes for the game they play by preparing them for the game of life.
