Youth Performance
A stronger foundation for every sport.
I coach boys and girls from kindergarten through grade 12 across all sports. My focus is the physical foundation that helps an athlete learn, compete, and keep developing: movement quality, strength, speed, expressive power, coordination, and conditioning.
Training follows the athlete’s stage, experience, and current needs. I begin with a baseline assessment and an individual development plan, then adjust the work as the athlete grows.
More support through the Coach Nabil Academy.
Support your athlete between sessions with age-appropriate home practice, mentorship and agreed online conversations. Parents help set priorities and stay connected to progress. Academy membership is offered separately.
The academy is being prepared for client rollout. Meeting frequency, access duration and pricing are agreed personally before enrollment.
Your sport. Your athlete. An individual plan.
I specialize in private youth strength and conditioning across all sports. Explore the sport pages in the Youth Performance menu for basketball, soccer, volleyball, football, baseball and softball, tennis and racquet sports, track and cross country, swimming, lacrosse and field hockey, ice hockey and skating, gymnastics, cheer, dance, wrestling, martial arts and golf.
If your sport is not listed, choose All Sports and Developing Athletes. I discuss the sport demands, your athlete’s experience and schedule before recommending a plan.
My Exercise Science degree and NASM CPT, CES, PES and CNC credentials inform my coaching. Research guides appropriate progression, movement instruction and recovery. Performance training complements team and skill coaching.
A path as your athlete grows
Foundations
Kindergarten through grade 4 Learn to move. Build balance, coordination, body control, and confidence through fundamentals suited to the athlete’s age.
Development
Grades 5 through 8 Build the base. Develop movement competency, strength, landing and deceleration skills, and consistent training habits.
Performance
Grades 9 through 12 Prepare to compete. Progress strength, speed, power, and conditioning around individual goals, sport demands, and training load.
A connected development process
Assess > Plan > Train > Mentor > Track > Communicate > Reassess > Progress
I combine weekly performance training with home exercise and recovery support, age-appropriate mentorship, progress tracking, and monthly parent communication. Reassessment helps me update priorities and make the next phase purposeful.
The five physical domains are MOVE, BUILD, EXPRESS, CONTROL, and SUSTAIN. The working Athlete Development Grade helps describe physical progress over time. Preparation habits are tracked separately.
