Parents

Coach. Athlete. Parent.

I want you to understand what your child is working on, why it matters and how you can support the process. Parents are partners in the athlete’s development.

Training that fits the athlete

I assess the starting point, agree on priorities and build an individual development plan. Training progresses through movement quality, strength, speed, power, body control and conditioning with age-appropriate coaching.

Progress you can follow

Monthly communication shares training focus, observed progress, home practice, recovery priorities and next steps. Reassessment helps guide the plan. My working Athlete Development Grade is a pilot framework; it has not been scientifically validated and does not measure an athlete’s character or worth.

Your role

Communicate health or injury changes privately, support attendance and home practice, share schedule conflicts early and ask questions. A parent or guardian manages inquiry, payment and onboarding for a minor.

Common parent questions

Does my child need to play a particular sport?

No. I coach K–12 athletes across all sports. Development stages are Foundations (K–4), Development (grades 5–8) and Performance (grades 9–12).

Where does training take place?

At your home, an agreed local gym or an outdoor court. We confirm location, access and any extra charges before payment.

Can siblings or friends train together?

Two partners can train together at $55 per athlete per session. Small-group sessions are $45 per athlete for an existing group of 3–6 friends who commit together.

How do I start?

Submit an inquiry. We discuss goals, fit and scheduling before choosing a package. Private monthly packages are $280 for 4 sessions, $560 for 8 or $840 for 12. No automatic renewal.
